Gallagher TurboStar Wildlife Electric Netting Fence – 50 m x 125 cm, Double-Pin Posts
The Gallagher TurboStar Wildlife Netting Fence is a 125 cm high electric netting fence designed to help protect areas from larger wildlife such as deer, wild boar and other unwanted animals. Developed by Gallagher, this 50 m long net combines high visibility, excellent conductivity and a sturdy design for reliable performance in demanding outdoor conditions.
High visibility and excellent conductivity
The blue netting and white posts provide excellent visibility in the landscape, while the ten horizontal strands create an effective electric barrier. Six 0.25 mm copper conductors provide excellent conductivity, helping to minimise voltage loss along the fence. The net also contains 40 additional stainless steel conductors, making it significantly more conductive than conventional wildlife netting.
This helps maintain effective voltage across longer fence runs and when multiple nets are connected together.
Designed for stability and flexibility
The sturdy posts feature double stainless steel pins for improved stability and reduced movement. Vertical reinforcements help prevent the net from sagging and keep it at the correct height.
The posts are slightly higher than the netting, helping to keep the top strand taut and straight. The bottom strand is reinforced to help prevent wear and can also be used as an additional earth wire in dry or stony ground conditions.
The second strand from the bottom can also be used flexibly. In areas with long grass, it can be connected to earth to help reduce power loss. In shorter grass, it can be used as an additional live strand.
When the fence is no longer needed, it can be neatly bundled using the included Velcro fasteners. A practical repair kit is also included for quick repairs when required.

Please note
For the fence to provide an effective electric barrier, it must be connected to a suitable electric fence energiser. The fence should also be installed and maintained correctly, with vegetation kept away from the netting to help maintain good electrical performance.
