Gallagher Mobile Solar Deer Electric Fence Starter Kit - 100m
Do you need to temporarily protect your field, orchard or garden from deer? A mobile deer fence is the ideal solution when you need a temporary or easily relocatable barrier. Gallagher recommends a system consisting of posts, wire and a powerful energiser to effectively deter deer. At the heart of this system is the robust yet lightweight 1.70 m Deer Post, specially designed for mobile deer fencing.
The Deer Post can be fitted with multiple clips at your desired heights. If required, the clip wire holders can be repositioned or additional clips can be added to suit your fencing requirements. Extra clip wire holders are available separately.
For optimal conductivity, we included the Gallagher Vidoflex 9. The fence should consist of at least four wires, although additional wires can be added for increased security.
Posts should be spaced at intervals of up to 4 metres.
When used in combination with a powerful energiser, the fence delivers reliable performance and provides an effective deterrent against deer.
