The M50 is a mains fencing unit suitable for short fences of up to 4 km in length. This easy to use unit is also excellent for keeping your pets such as rabbits, dogs and cats in your home garden, or for protection from small predators. Please note the electric fence is often used in gardens of up to 120 m2.

Solid quality and an affordable price model that you can rely on. The M50 has a charging energy of 0.5 joules and a maximum voltage of 5,900 volts. Ideal for shorter fences and for pets, followed by smaller species. In addition to the attractive price, the M50 by Gallagher scores with an easy installation and operation. Installation is made easy with the supplied wall clip. Also using minimal power and includes reliable animal control with the built in lightning protection. The light weight frame from the M50 consisting of only 0.83kg along with a power consumption of 0.6 W, makes it an efficient and mobile device.

Gallagher quality

To ensure you get a quality product when you buy the M50 energiser, Gallagher has a unique testing procedure.

Firstly, Gallagher puts its energisers through some extreme tests during their development. All energisers are dropped from a height of 1 metre. Each side of the energiser falls onto a hard concrete surface. The requirement of this test is that the device still functions and is protected by its housing.

Secondly, the model is subjected to a temperature stress test. The power supply unit should still function at -80 °C and +180 °C.

If the model passes these tests, it is ready for production.

To ensure that your new model delivers what it promises, it is tested for 24 hours before shipping. This ensures that it functions properly.
