Gallagher Electric Fence Earth/Lead-Out Cable – 1.6 mm – Single Core – 10 m

An earth cable is required to connect the energiser to both the fence and the earth stakes. It is also used to create underground connections, for example at gates and passageways.

This high-voltage cable features a double-insulated, 1.6 mm galvanised steel core with low resistance. It is ideal for use as a high-voltage, fence, or earth cable and provides a reliable connection both above and below ground.

For distances under 30 metres, use the 1.6 mm earth cable
For distances over 30 metres, use the 2.5 mm earth cable
For energisers with high pulse energy (high Joule output), we also recommend the 2.5 mm version

The metre markings along the cable are especially practical. There’s no need to carry a folding rule, simply cut the cable to the required length. For additional protection, we recommend installing the cable inside plastic conduit.
