The horizontal LED array displays voltages from 1,000 V to 10,000 V, with directional LEDs showing the side of the fence where the fault occurs. Fault detection is triggered when the fence voltage drops below 4 kV, and the LED array indicates the severity:

1 LED for ~0.5 J loss

2 LEDs for ~1.0 J loss

3 LEDs for ~2.0 J loss

4 LEDs for ~4.0 J loss
