Gallagher M160 (230V) Energiser

The M160 energiser is part of the Gallagher PowerPlus series. This series presents modern and robust energiser that can be used in a variety of flexible ways as a energiser. This model produces a maximum voltage of 7,600 volts and has a charging energy of 1.5 joules. It is suitable for use with horses, cattle, sheep and goats as well as for herding domestic animals such as dogs, cats or rabbits. The Gallagher M160 electric fence reliably energises both short and medium-length fences. Depending on the growth of the fence, the device is suitable for fence lengths of up to 9 kilometres. The M160 electric fence delivers reliable performance and is equipped with integrated lightning protection for added safety. It is easy to mount on the fence and cleverly combines powerful performance with easy and uncomplicated handling

Gallagher quality

To ensure you get a quality product when you buy the M160 energiser, Gallagher has a unique testing procedure.

Firstly, Gallagher puts its energisers through some extreme tests during their development. All energisers are dropped from a height of 1 metre. Each side of the energiser falls onto a hard concrete surface. The requirement of this test is that the device still functions and is protected by its housing.

Secondly, the model is subjected to a temperature stress test. The power supply unit should still function at -80 °C and +180 °C.

If the model passes these tests, it is ready for production.

To ensure that your new model delivers what it promises, it is tested for 24 hours before shipping. This ensures that it functions properly.
