Not completely satisfied with your order, or did your product break down during the warranty period? No worries! Please contact our customer support, and we’ll take care of it for you. Electric Fence Online offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. You can return products for any reason, as long as they are unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
How to exercise your right to return
Are you not fully satisfied with your purchase? To return your products you will need a return form. Please fill in all relevant fields and put this in this form in the box, to ensure a prompt handling of your return. We aim to process refunds as fast as possible. Within 14 days after receiving the returns you should have received the refund.
Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
