Gallagher M550 energiser - Special Edition

With the new Special Edition units, farmers and hobby fence owners get maximum power at a minimum price. The new series has all the main functions that are essential for a safe pasture fence. Gallagher quality at an attractive price!

An energiser with an excellent price/quality ratio. The M550 power pack with 5.5 joules of charging energy is suitable for fences up to 35 km in length (single wire, without vegetation). The unit has a simple but robust housing with LED voltage display and built-in lightning protection.

Gallagher quality

To ensure you get a quality product when you buy the M550 power fence, Gallagher has a unique testing procedure.

Firstly, Gallagher puts its energisers through some extreme tests during their development. All energisers are dropped from a height of 1 metre. Each side of the energiser falls onto a hard concrete surface. The requirement of this test is that the device still functions and is protected by its housing.

Secondly, the model is subjected to a temperature stress test. The power supply unit should still function at -80 °C and +180 °C.

If the model passes these tests, it is ready for production.

To ensure that your new model delivers what it promises, it is tested for 24 hours before shipping. This ensures that it functions properly.
