Description

Powerful industrial grade ultrasonic fox and badger deterrent (repellent) device, suitable for fixed installations both indoor and out.

The MP1 fox & badger deterrent emits a high level of broad spectrum ultrasonic sound which will deter foxes, badgers, cats and dogs. If you would prefer, the unit can be programmed to deter a specific type of animal, but this can also be modified on-site. Producing a wide ultrasonic frequency range normally results in reduced effective distance, but the MP1 badger & fox deterrent is powerful enough to operate at well over 50ft.

The MP1 fox and badger scarer has been fitted with a light sensor, which switches the unit off during the day and on at night to avoid wasting electricity.

The MP1 can be supplied with either battery connections or a mains power supply and comes with 10m power cable ready attached. So that you can optimise your installation, the MP1F fox & badger deterrent is supplied with a mounting bracket which can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.

  • Mains transformer or 12V battery connection.
  • Dimensions: W150 x H120 x D80mm plus bracket depth 80mm
  • Power Supply: 12V DC - mains adapter or car/leisure battery
  • Area of coverage: over 1000 sq. ft.
  • Weight: 500g

It is currently against the law to knowingly disturb the comings and goings of a badger set. If in doubt, please take advice from your local RSPCA office.
