THE BEST INSURANCE FOR FROZEN WATER PIPES is to stop it happening in the first place!

Install a thermostatically controlled heated cable to keep your water pipe warm - indoors or outside, these heated cables will help keep your water flowing and prevent burst pipes.

Add a tube insulator over the top of the cable for maximum protection and your water pipe will be protected from even "Record Low" temperatures as low as approx. -40˚C.

These cables are suitable for both copper and plastic pipe and are easily secured to the pipe using cable ties or insulated tape. We recommend using a cable about twice the length of the pipe, but if using in combination with a good pipe insulation, a shorter length may be sufficient for all but prolonged extremes of cold.

The thermostat will switch on the cable when the temperature falls below 3˚C and will turn the cable off after the temperature rises again...

Adding a good pipe insulation tube is always recommended for the best frost protection and the cable is perfectly safe for installation under the insulation.

Many of our customers use these cables to ensure water supply to outbuildings and livestock housing, stables etc. Please ensure the cables are protected from the animals biting them.
