Using the and advanced solar cell design, the Kyocera KD95 is an incredibly efficient polycrystalline photovotaic solar panel, achieving over 16% in a wide range of weather conditions. Unfortunately, the solar panel market is plagued with cheap imitations, but not so with Kyocera. All of the components are manufactured in-house at Kyocera, using automated production facilities and rigorous testing procedures. With the Kyocera KD95, you can be confident that you have purchased a truly reliable source of solar power.
To protect against the harshest environmental conditions, solar cells are sandwiched between an EVA foil reinforced glass panel and sealed with a PET foil backing. Mounted in an aluminium frame, the KD95 meets IEC 61215 ed. 2 for a surface load of 5,400N/m². Bypass diodes in the junction box remove the risk of overheating(hot spot effect) and scre-in terminals make the panel easy to wire-up.

Installation Basics:
Kyocera solar panels are not supplied as standard with any mounting brackets, but they are fitted with either flying MC leads with industry standard male and female connections or 'screw-in' terminals on the junction box for easy cable attachment.
