Unirac Folding Caravan & Motorhome Solar Panel Rack

The Unirac Folding Motorhome Solar Panel Rack is manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel, providing strength and durability, whilst at the same time keeping weight to a minimum. Mounting racks are available for one or two solar panels.

Once attched to your aluminium framed solar panel (using the mounting bolts provided), the frame and panel can be easily fitted to the roof of your motorhome or caravan. Since the specific type of bolt needed for this will vary significantly, these are not included. Please remember to use a suitable silicon sealant after fitting to prevent leakage.

Whilst driving, the panel should be moved to the flattened position and securely fastened. When stationary, the folding legs can be used to tilt the solar panel to the optimum angle based on your local terrain and time of year.

The motorhome solar panel kit can be used with most aluminium framed panels, but it is important that the size of mounting rails is at least the same as the total width of your solar panel(s). The widths of a number of popular panels is given in the table below:
