The Elecsol 100Ah Deep Cycle Battery is ideal for the Commercial Vehicle and Leisure markets, including boats, motorhomes and caravans as well as engine-start applications.
The Elecsol 100 Ah battery is available in two configurations:
- with the terminals closest to you, positive terminal right, negative left
- with the terminals closest to you, positive terminal left, negative right
ELECSOL 12v batteries are among the highest quality deep cycle batteries available, providing high capacity while at the same time minimising the battery's physical size. Elecsol batteries will also accept the smallest amount of charging current, making Elecsol batteries particularly attractive to users of solar panels as they will assist charging in overcast conditions.
All leisure batteries provide a certain number of deep discharge cycles. The typical leisure battery should give a cycling life of between 200 - 300 deep discharges. A Gel battery will give between 400 - 500 cycles and an AGM battery 600 - 800 cycles. An ELECSOL battery should give over 1000 deep discharge cycles.

The increased cycling life of Elecsol batteries is achieved through the use of carbon fibre in the construction. The incorporation of carbon fibre eliminates the lead sulphation of the batteries plates (the major cause of battery failure) and ensures that the Elecsol battery can be more deeply discharged without causing any damage. A major benefit of this is that Elecsol batteries can be left in a discharged state for long periods without losing their recharging capacity.

Non-AGM Elecsol batteries are classified under UN2794 and can be transported overseas if packaged according to IATA Packing Instruction 870.

Elecsol batteries are sometimes made to order and delivery is typically 1-week from date or order (up to 2-weeks in busy periods). Due to the weight of these batteries, free delivery is not available - we charge a minimum of £10 per battery to most UK mainland destinations.
