The castle you sent, arrived on the 24th, just in time for us to build it and
have it for our kids on Christmas morning. They loved it! We will be sure to
let other parents, who are looking to obtain a castle for their kid(s), about
your company and the awesome castle that you guys have, which by far beats

Many thanks for your very prompt response on the Hotline this morning and for
despatching a replacement so quickly.
You may be interested to know that when we bought an electric fence from you
in January of last year I was somewhat sceptical at the short time you
suggested it would take us to erect it. In the event, it was just as easy as
you suggested and has proved to be incredibly effective, totally removing our
problem with rabbits, badgers and other irritating animals.
Having now experienced your after sales service, I am relieved that I
purchased a Hotline product.

Thanks for the info below which you will see facilitated another order which
was sent to us with your usual speed and efficiency. A quick query: I find
that one item from the order turned out to be surplus to requirements but I
will have need of additional items; what is your returns policy and what would
be the best way to organise refunds or exchanges?

Hi Andy
Thank you very much for your kind works. I must say, so far, I'm very
happy with the equipment purchased - I believe the equipment is doing it's job.
To assure me, I spent from 6pm last night till about 10pm setting it all up.
I was then woken at 0530 by a crow looking at the fence and screaming as it
may have touched the wire to bath in the pond!
