Competition Terms & Conditions
The
competition is operated by Inavata T/as Electric Fence Online and runs each
calendar month from 12 noon on the first working day of the month until 12 noon on the
first working day of the next month.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Prize
winners will be selected at random from the correct entries received and will be
notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. Decisions are final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are as advertised and we cannot
accept any request for alternatives whether cash or otherwise. In the unlikely
event of the advertised prize being unavailable, we reserve the right to offer
an alternative prize of equal or greater value for this circumstance
only.
All entries that include false contact information of any kind will be
disqualified.
When entering the competition entrants agree that Inavata T/as
Electric Fence Online may occasionally contact them either by email, or post
with updates related to our products, services and offers.
Prize Winners may
be listed on the website in the following format. “Mr Smith from
York”
Inavata T/as Electric Fence Online will not pass your personal details
to any other organisation.
