I cannot thank you enough for all you did regarding my order and am so sorry that you had so much trouble with my delivery. Dear Carol Just wanted to say a huge thanks to every one that made my life soooo much easier with my horses. Thanks to you guys they are all settled and in a lovely (safe) home. Thanks for the info below which you will see facilitated another order which was sent to us with your usual speed and efficiency. A quick query: I find that one item from the order turned out to be surplus to requirements but I will have need of additional items; what is your returns policy and what would be the best way to organise refunds or exchanges?
