The Orpington Poultry House is primarily a secure housing unit for large fowl although it can also be used as a static hen pen for home egg production. The Orpington pulls together all of the best features of the Forsham Range of Poultry Arks, to create an easy-to-use poultry house. The birds are well sheltered in the large run area (which can be extended using the Orpington Run Extension). The dust-bath area under the main house has its own door allowing you to check feed and water without even going into the run.

Cleaning the orpington Poultry Run is incredibly simple and effective. The birds are first shut out of the house using the pophole door, then the nest box bank is completely removed. Opening the opposite door allows access right through the ark. The area beneath the removable perching is inaccessible to the hens and so night droppings lie, uncompacted (if you lay paper here, you can quickly remove it and replace). The bulk of the soiling occurs just inside the pophole door and this fully accessible and easy to clean.
The Orpington Poultry House is delivered flat-packed and shrink wrapped. Our flat-pack approach has been designed for quick and simple erection with no need for any specialist equipment or knowledge. Forsham products are built to order and therefore delivery may be up to 28-days.
Due to the bespoke nature of Forsham products, they are some of the few products in the electricfence-online range that we take full payment at the time of order.
