Paddock Essentials - Electro Tape

Our “Paddock Essentials” range of competitively priced products is suitable for runs of electric fencing of up to around 200m. Designed with the horse owner in mind these items are ideal for fencing an individual paddock, strip grazing, short runs etc.

For fencing larger areas we would recommend you make use of our standard items, which provide additional strength and/or conductivity to function at the highest levels over a greater distance.

The Hotline Paddock Essentials Electro-Tapes (Polytapes) like all of our standard Electro-Tapes (Polytapes) are highly Visible and therefore excellent for fencing horses. All Electro-Tapes (Polytapes) are UV protected.

It is important to note that the wider the tape, the more likely there is to be damage from the effects of the wind. So on temporary and portable systems it is advisable not to use 40mm tape with plastic posts. If 40mm tape has to be used, use on permanent systems with wooden posts and sturdy insulators.
