The Hotline P29a wire tensioner is very similar to the P29, only this version is manufactured from aluminium.
The high tensile wire is placed in a groove of the tensioner and then twisted using a small metal rod through the large hole. When sufficiently taut the retaining clip is applied either side of the wire and throgh the small holes of the tensioner.
